This policy explains what information Centerfire Studio collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our advertising — including lead forms on Facebook and Instagram — and the emails, calls, and text messages we send you.
Centerfire Studio, LLC is a Texas limited liability company doing business as Centerfire Studio. In this policy, "Centerfire Studio," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Centerfire Studio, LLC.
We operate centerfirestudio.com and the advertising campaigns described below. Centerfire Studio, LLC is the business responsible for — and the controller of — the personal information covered by this policy.
You can reach us any time at keaton@centerfirestudio.com.
When you message us through the chat on our website, respond to one of our ads, book a call, or contact us directly by email or phone, we collect the information you provide. Depending on how you reach us, this may include:
When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and how you interact with them. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 7.
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the information you entered on that form. We may also receive information from scheduling tools, our CRM, and service providers that help us verify or enrich contact details.
We advertise on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and we use Meta's instant lead forms. When you tap one of our ads and submit a lead form:
Meta's own handling of your information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy, not by this one.
Any offer described in one of our ads is governed by our Terms of Service, not by this policy.
| Purpose | What that means |
|---|---|
| Respond to you | Contacting you about the inquiry you submitted, answering questions, and scheduling calls or consultations. |
| Qualify and follow up | Determining whether we're a fit for your project, and following up if we don't connect the first time. |
| Provide services | Delivering, supporting, and invoicing for the work you hire us to do. |
| Marketing | Sending you emails, calls, or texts about our services, availability, and offers — subject to the consent rules in Sections 5 and 6. |
| Improve our advertising | Measuring which ads and campaigns work, and building audiences on ad platforms (see Section 7). |
| Operate and secure our business | Maintaining records, preventing fraud and abuse, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. |
If you provide your phone number and opt in, Centerfire Studio, LLC may contact you by phone call and by text message (SMS/MMS), including messages sent using automated technology, for customer service and marketing purposes related to your inquiry.
How you opt in. You give consent for marketing text messages by checking the separate, optional marketing consent box in the chat widget on centerfirestudio.com, or by otherwise expressly asking us to text you. That box is optional, it is never pre-checked, and marketing consent is never bundled with any other consent or with your request for service.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
The full messaging terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
We may send you emails about your inquiry, our services, and related offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at keaton@centerfirestudio.com to be removed. We may still send you non-marketing emails necessary to a project or transaction you're part of.
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website, including advertising and measurement tools provided by Meta — specifically the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. These help us understand how people find and use our site, which ads brought them there, and how those ads perform.
Some of our landing pages, forms, and booking calendars are hosted by our CRM and marketing automation provider. Those pages may set their own cookies in order to attribute a form submission to the ad or link you came from.
Our website also runs a live chat widget supplied by that same provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). It loads from a third-party domain, may set its own cookies so your conversation stays connected as you move between pages, and anything you send through it — including any name, email address, or phone number you give us there — is stored in our CRM alongside the rest of your contact history. If you would rather not use it, simply don't open it; the chat does not need to be used to browse the site or to contact us by email or phone.
We may share hashed contact information, such as an email address or phone number, with advertising platforms so they can match it to their users. This lets us build custom audiences, suppress people who have already contacted us, and measure conversions. Platforms process this information under their own privacy policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info, and adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
We share information only in these situations:
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from advertising-platform sharing. See the callout in Section 5.
We keep lead and customer information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations — generally no longer than three years after our last meaningful contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you remain an active client. If you opt out of marketing, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we can continue to honor it. We also keep a record of any consent you gave us, and when you gave it, for as long as we are required to be able to prove it.
You can:
To make a request, email keaton@centerfirestudio.com with the details. We will verify your request by contacting you at the email address or phone number we have on file, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
We market primarily to residents of Texas. Depending on our size and activities, we may or may not be subject to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Regardless, we voluntarily extend the choices described in Section 10 to Texas residents, and we confirm that we do not sell personal data and we do not process personal data for targeted advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.
If you believe we have not resolved a privacy request appropriately, you may contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and reputable vendors that encrypt data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, email keaton@centerfirestudio.com and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
